EUROPEAN SOCIAL FUNDS OF THE ALBA PROJECT

The aim of the ESF courses is to improve equal and timely access to quality, sustainable, and affordable services, including those that promote access to housing and person-centered care, including healthcare; to modernize social protection systems, including by promoting access and paying particular attention to minors and disadvantaged groups; and to improve the accessibility, effectiveness, and resilience of healthcare systems and long-term care services, including for people with disabilities (ESF ). However, the value of these projects goes beyond simple vocational training.

For victims of trafficking, access to these courses represents an opportunity for redemption and a way to regain their dignity and autonomy.

Our projects, tailor-made to meet the needs of the most vulnerable, not only offer tools for inclusion, such as learning a new language, but also for building a secure and sustainable future.

In this way, European Social Fund courses become not only a means of integration but also a powerful tool for emancipation for those who have suffered serious human rights violations.

Investing in the education of these people is not only a social duty, but a commitment to a more just and inclusive society, where everyone can have the opportunity to rebuild their lives on solid and dignified foundations.

The project is aimed at victims of violence, trafficking, or serious sexual, domestic, and labor exploitation. Its goal is to break down objective and subjective barriers to inclusion by piloting a sustainable empowerment model that effectively addresses vulnerability factors to gender-based trafficking through the inclusion and physical, psychological, civil, and social recovery of victims.

This action is carried out by implementing specific, individualized projects based on an innovative, multi-factorial, and multi-dimensional experimental model with the direct involvement of victims. Assistance, counseling, and training activities for victims are designed and implemented on a micro-modular basis with the involvement of the public-private network. This method allows for action only where needed, reducing bureaucratic delays, and addressing specific needs. A dedicated help desk is planned.
